The Inner Circle is a premium, monthly coaching program for golfers who are sick of overthinking, endless swing tips, and feeling like their game should be better than it is.
Led by Scott Barrow, one of the sharpest coaching minds in the country, and built around the UNFK philosophy, this is coaching that cuts through the BS.
No rigid methods.
No technical paralysis.
No "one-size-fits-all" fixes.
Instead, we coach you to own your game, trust your instincts, and unlock a simpler, freer version of golf that actually works under pressure. This is real coaching for the golfer not scared to see how good they can be.
This isn’t for beginners or dabblers. It’s for serious golfers who:
- Are stuck between flashes of brilliance and rounds of frustration & despair
- Want to simplify their game and get back to playing real golf
- Are ready to ditch swing thoughts and start scoring
- Want direct access to elite-level coaching — without the fluff
If that sounds like you, you're in the right place.
Every month within the Inner Circle, you’ll get access to Scott and Cameron. The coaching includes:
• 24/7 Access to the Inner Game Library – fundamental Inner Circle principles
• Live monthly Q&A with Cam and Scott – submit your burning questions
• Monthly 1-on-1 coaching with Scott – completely tailored ways to your success
• Email-based reflection & feedback – ensuring your direction is on target
• A clear, ongoing coaching cycle to guide your ongoing development
This coaching is different — and that’s the point.
Most golfers are stuck in a loop of:
“Try harder → Take on more → Get more confused → Play worse”
We break the loop.
The UNFK Inner Circle isn’t about building a better swing* — it’s about unleashing the golfer that’s already inside you.
This is coaching for the thinking golfer who’s ready to stop thinking so much.
*We can't be held responsible for the amount of golfers we've worked with who developed great control over their shots, but achieved it without obsessing over their swing.
Scott’s worked with Olympians, elite coaches, and top-performing athletes for over two decades. He’s the guy behind the scenes — the coach the coaches go to.
He's also my secret weapon. I have been coached by Scott since the mid naughties and I wouldn't have become the golfer, nor the coach, I am, without Scott's help.
He won’t lecture. He won’t fix your grip. He’ll ask the right questions, challenge your assumptions, and help you build a game and the skill that holds up under pressure.
We’re keeping this tight. This is small-group coaching — not mass-market content.
If you’re ready to:
Play freer
Train smarter
Finally feel like your game makes sense...
....then apply today.
Good golfing,
Cameron

What is the Inner Circle Coaching Program?
The Inner Circle is a unique online golf coaching experience focused on performance, mindset, and developing your best game - without obsessing with the typical, technical swing instruction.
Who's it for?
It’s ideal for committed golfers who are ready to explore a deeper, more sustainable way to improve - on and off the course. If you're tired of the technically dominant, thinking heavy, "swing fix" merry-go-round, this is for you.
How is this different from other golf coaching?
There’s no instructing and advising you with all sorts of noise creating drills, tips and information. We partner with you, to develop individually tailored skills, strategies, and solutions for your best golf. Solutions that incorporate ALL the elements required for you to get the golf you want, not just instructions on how you need to swing. Topics could be anything from chipping from the fringe, scoring well when you really want it, or getting more satisfaction from the game. We’re here to build golfers who can own their game and perform when, and where it counts.
Traditional coaching focuses on positions; we coach you to play.
Who are Cam and Scott, and why should I trust their approach?
Cam created UNFK Golf, and is trusted by thousands around the world. Scott’s been a performance coach for 20 years across high performance sport and business. They’ve worked together in UNFK for 15 years, both front and back of house, and during this time they’ve helped countless golfers break free from what’s stopping their best golf, and actually enjoy their game again (God forbid).
Is this program suitable for beginners?
It's best suited for intermediate to advanced golfers looking to elevate their game holistically. Beginners are welcome if they’re committed to a deeper learning approach.

How much time do I need to commit?
There’s two parts to this, the part with us, and the part with yourself.
1. With us, it breaks down to:
• First month ~ 5 hours for the core videos and questions
• Following months ~2.5+ hours for coaching, reporting back and the Q&A session
2. With yourself, playing, practicing and reflecting, it’s determined by:
• The size of the gap between where you are now, and where you want to be
• How much of your total time, attention, energy you want to put into getting there
What if I’ve already tried several coaches and still haven’t improved?
That’s exactly who we built this for. You don’t need more instruction; you need a different way. A way to leverage your current ability, apply what you know, and play with confidence and ease. We focus on unlocking your potential, not faithful obedience.
Can I still work with my current golf pro while doing this program?
You can.
It’s your game, and one of the biggest things we want for golfers is for them to trust their instincts, as means of creating their best golf.
We can even coach you to successfully navigate your way through working with us and your golf pro. You’ll also be able to cover and integrate many other critical aspects of the game with us, outside of what your golf pro likely does.
Having said that, we can’t shy away from the risk.
In using two approaches which could be quite different, you may experience higher levels of complexity, mental noise, confusion, and effort. This reduces your chances, and takes you away from the simplicity we know great and beautiful golf can be.
How long before I start seeing results?
Everyone’s timeline is different, changes are often felt within days and weeks – more relaxed and confident about their golf, less mental effort, easier and/or more solid contact, less frustration — before it shows on the scorecard or in their shot mastery.
The best (and fastest) way there, is stacking small, specific wins each week, and our track record says those add up quicker than you think. We can’t give you a date and anyone who does is bullshitting you, but we can promise you won’t be guessing — you’ll have a proven system, constant feedback, and course correction until you get there.
How's progress measured if it’s not about traditional swing mechanics?
Good question. Your progress is measured according to what you want to achieve. Owning a type of shot? Creating a new habit? Playing “your game” in high stakes? Smashing your mates? With us you'll create a measurement relevant to your specific goal and ensure that measurement actually serves your progress well.
And overall? We monitor things like:
• How free and confident you’re playing
• If you’re playing to your strengths and “your way”
• How ok you are when things go to shit
• How automatic your processes are
• Your honouring of your unique success criteria
• Your levels of shot making skill and nuanced ball control
“Yeah ..... I just want someone to tell me what to do.”
Ha! Well, we don’t do that, so you could be in the wrong place.
But wait! There’s more!
We get it—traditional instruction and being told exactly what to do, feels certain and comforting. The problem is, so often it doesn’t stick or translate on the course. Our approach gives you tools and support so you can own your progress and make lasting changes. We’ll share expertise, absolutely. But we’re also here to guide and challenge, while you stay in control, so you don’t have to rely on constant lessons.
“This sounds like too much work; I just want a quick fix.”
If quick fixes worked, you wouldn’t still be searching for improvement.
What we do is different—it’s simple, focused work that creates more permanent and reliable results. We strip away noise and focus only on what moves the needle, so it often takes less time than traditional training.
“I’ve spent money on golf lessons before and didn’t improve - why will this be different?”
Well, if you’ve watched our video here and read our stuff, it won’t be hard for you to answer your own question.
But most coaches and lessons focus on swing positions, not on building real skills under real conditions. We’re able coach your whole game – how you see yourself and your game, philosophy, mindset, decision-making, skill application, and don’t forget, hitting that little white ball - so your progress sticks on the course. Plus, it’s an ongoing relationship, not just one-off lessons.
“I don’t have time for group calls and coaching sessions.”
Would you have time for your nagging, unresolved questions, to be discussed by the two people behind the approach you already really like the flavour of? - not only those two experts, but also the option from fellow learners? And watch it whenever you choose?
And what about time to unlock your potential by uncovering major insights, powerfully leveraging everything you already know and have experienced in golf so far? Once you’re up and going, we estimate these parts of program requiring approximately 2.5hours per month, the rest is how much you choose to play and practice towards your goals.
But if you don’t have time for any of that, and your golf is still pretty fucked?
Then you’d better make time for a lot of patience.
Or starting a new sport.
“I’m sceptical about mindset and creative approaches in golf; I just want technical instruction.”
Well, how did you get this far?? And why do you get this far? If that’s what you want, it won’t be hard to find it somewhere else.
But we just see it as an effective approach that gets results, that's all.
Of course, we want to be precise with our golf shots - it’s an accuracy-based game. But it’s about how to best achieve and sustain that. What we know from working with sooooo many golfers, is that the golf you want to play, even dream to play, isn’t contained within swing mechanics, and it’s certainly not achieved by someone assuming they know how you need to move your body. There are so many more factors to include, and they require a different approach.
Do you want to keep labouring to look “good” and believe it's correct, or do you want to play your best golf?
“I’m already working with a coach and don’t want conflicting advice.”
We wouldn’t want that either. But here’s the thing: we don’t give advice.
We’re here to help you think, play, and self-direct more clearly. And better. Yes we'll offer experience, insight, and challenge — but you stay in charge. That’s how real coaching should work.
We’re not here to replace your coach if they're working great for you.
In fact, some members have kept their technical instructors and use us to integrate everything else — pressure, course strategy, confidence, even contending thoughts! — the stuff most coaches don’t, or can’t, cover. Also, once people get going with us, they often find the old advice… kind of irrelevant. Because they’re getting better results without it.
Which makes us think? Why ARE you here then?
“I’d prefer to not be in a group learning environment.”
No problems at all.
Most of it's individual anyway. The only group bit is during the Q&A sessions, and that's optional, because you don’t have to be “live” in them. Just submit your questions ahead of time, and watch the recording of it when it suits you.
Best of both worlds.
"You mention ‘Win Win Golf’. Whats that about and why should I care?"
“Win Win Golf” (WWG) is one of the ultimate outcomes the UNFK Inner Circle Coaching approach.
It’s golf where you not only can’t lose, but you’ve also maximised the chance of winning. You can play well according to your criteria of success AND, if that doesn’t; happen (which of course sometimes it just doesn’t) you’re not concerned, as you’ve also got value and learnings to take away for next time - you can’t lose! This happens from learning to focus on and execute the right things, that are 100% reliable and repeatable.
This is something Cameron has definitely found worthwhile with his game. This mental "win" allows you to more easily play freely which further compounds your chances of success.
“Isn’t this just another coaching fad?”
Only if you call 2 blokes, who’ve been doing this shit for more than 30 years and still evolving their methods so golfers can benefit, a fad.
“What if I join and don’t see improvement?”
If nothing changes, you won’t stick around — and we wouldn’t expect you to.
Doubts are normal and need to be addressed for success to occur. But when golfers surface their doubts, and truly engage with us, they don’t just improve — they expand their concept of what improvement is, and rethink how improvement works! It becomes less about fixes, more about clarity, confidence, and consistent performance under pressure, with ease.
We won’t promise quick wins, although that sometimes happens. We do promise support, challenge, and tools that help you play better your way. And that, gets improvement.
Also, "improvement" can mean many things from a coaching perspective. It's not always lower scores, reduced handicap or winning. It can go way deeper than that.
If you ask Cameron about his improvement he'll definitely say he learned to play way better than he ever thought possible (using the least amount of practice time) but he'll also tell you, until he's blue in the face, that the satisfaction he got from trusting his learning system and learning to play golf HIS way was every bit as rewarding.
"Surely you blokes aren't as amazing as you seem?!"
Well that's not for us to say.
We're just two humble coaches with a dream.....
