Get set FIRST, then hit the putt.
Develop the confidence to hit the putt like it's already in the hole.
If you watch the video you'll see Lukey's first putts are tentative and he's almost trying to watch the ball into the hole (instead of putting the ball towards the hole). His later putts are so much better.
